Community Management Internship
About Course
The Community Management Externship is a hands-on program designed to equip participants with the skills needed to build, manage, and grow online communities. Over the course of six weeks, externs will explore key aspects of community management, including fostering engagement, moderating discussions, creating relevant content, and resolving conflicts within a digital space.
Participants will also learn how to utilize various tools and data analytics to measure and improve community performance, ultimately developing strategies for sustaining active, engaged, and vibrant communities. The program is ideal for individuals interested in careers in digital marketing, social media management, or online community building.
By the end of the externship, participants will be tasked with a final project where they will create a comprehensive community engagement plan.
